CONTROLINK MOULE is an independent, computer controlled ink system, designed to be integrated into OEM printers.
This highly professional ink system has two gear pumps (positive pressure and negative pressure) which guarantees perfect control of the ink management parameters defined by the user, with self-regulated values through PID.
Gear pumps avoid the typical “water hammer” effects produced by diaphragm pumps, especially when few heads are used in the same ink system.
Its external tank, made of anodized aluminum, allows full compatibility with any type of ink.
CONTROLINK MODULE is made up of a main body that can be located anywhere in the printer and a distributor that must be located as close as possible to the head.
The integrated distributor allows you to work with head with internal recirculation, as well as with heads without recirculation, so it can be used with all brands and models of heads available on the market.
Depending on the size of the bar you want to build, you will need to request the appropriate distributor. The available models are:
– For 1 head
– For 2 heads
– For 4 heads (can be used for 3 heads, covering one outlet)
– For 6 heads (can be used for 5 heads, covering one outlet)
– For 8 heads (can be used for 7 heads, covering one outlet)
– For greater capacity, consult the commercial department.
There are 3 CONTROLINK MODULE formats, depending on the type of ink to be used, since the materials used in its construction are different:
– CONTROLINK MODULE for water-based inks (includes degasser)
– CONTROLINK MODULE for solvent / oil based inks
– CONTROLINK MODULE for UV LED based inks
UV LED inks, are differentiated between:
– ORGANIC inks
– INORGANIC inks
CONTROLINK MODULE is delivered with software that allows you to adjust and check in real time, all the parameters of the ink system, so that it can be managed in an integrated way with other printer management software.
Each CONTROLINK MODULE has a unique address (assigned by the user) which makes it possible to manage multiple CONTROLINK MODULES with the same software.
